Due to the reservation in the hotel you can register till august 1 2015. After that date please contact me.

The date is already known, classification of the days are also already filled in, last tip was looking for a Hotel/Guest House where we can stay the night with about 40 members.

WEEKEND PLANNING

Saturday Sept. 26, In the course of the day we arrive at the Hotel.
Around 19: 00 we go for a joint dinner in a local Restaurant. (a BBQ at the Hotel would become too expensive)

Sunday 27 sept, after breakfast in the morning we gather around 10:00 pm for a short drive to Frank Hanel in Barntrup.
Distance is approx. 50 km.
At the Hanel store we can stay till about 13:30.

Between 13:30 and 14:00 we go through a tourist route (approx. 90 km) to Kasselmann Classics in Paderborn. Here we have the possibility to view the collection of Thomas Kasselmann (Kasselmann stopped in nov 2014 after 25 year as Alfa Romeo Dealer’) here we can also have snack and a drink. For the great migration is the ability to beside the company what to eat in the Trattoria.
We can stay here until about 17:00, for each one of us then the time has come to return home.

As a reminder of this weekend, we want to have a Polo shirts printed, these can be purchased for an additional fee.
The cost of the Hotel stay and Polo are
1 person room with breakfast € 72,=
2 person room with breakfast 2 pers € 115,=
Polo (black, white or blue) € 35,= (size S, M, L, XL, XXl)

Payments.
When signing up you also have to make the payment for the stay, costs for parking are required to deal at the Hotel reception.

If a cancellation occurs due to circumstances than we apply the cancellation conditions/cost of the Hotel.
